It's also conveniently located across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum and upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. This makes it the perfect place to start your historic Waco journey. Additionally, it's less than a mile from Baylor University and just two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick-up, with free on-site street parking at the building.
THE SPACE
Cozy, clean, stylish, and perfectly located for enjoying all things Waco and Magnolia. Within walking distance, you can go window shopping on Main, visit the Baylor campus, enjoy a movie or concert in comfort at the historic Hippodrome, stroll around Magnolia Market, and then come home to rest, relax, and connect with family and friends in this adorable loft. The loft features room darkening shades, and there is only one bedroom with a window. The other windows are located in the living area.

2. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS A KEURIG and WE DO PROVIDE PODS FOR YOUR STAY.
3. FAMILIES - WE DO HAVE A PACK 'n PLAY AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED! as well as a highchair.
4. The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps. no cable.

Excellent location for many things Waco ! One block from Ninfa’s and Spice Village, across from the front pepper museum, 3-4 books to magnolia market and 5 minute walk to several tasty restaurants. Condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We’ll definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! They thought of everything, and it made our stay so comfortable! It was SO close to the Silos, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and we loved having the laundry and full kitchen. The decor we adorable too!! Highly recommend and would totally stay there again!
Pro tip: Fabled coffeeshop and bookstore is in the building, and it’s amazing!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The condo had high end finishes and was immaculate. The location was incredible and was within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!!
