We had a work retreat at one of their properties and it was awesome! There was a lot of thought put into every inch of the home from the square footage to the furnishings. I would highly recommend Donnie as the super host he is. He made sure our home had everything we needed and more. He also called to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend any of his homes!

I can’t say enough great things about our rental experience!! Donnie was sooo incredibly helpful! We were traveling down for the Baylor/OU football game and we were having trouble finding a place to stay. Donnie worked to find us the CUtEST house and perfect location! As a locally based team, we have an established list of loyal vendors and service individuals that we have often trusted with our own homes. As a part of our fee, our D&L Team immediately assigns your house a maintanence schedule for replacement of filters, smart locks, minor plumbing issues, and other touch ups. Light pool and spa maintenance can also be arranged with our team.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE ON-SITE HOME SERVICES?
Our fees start at 20%. We have structured that fee around an all inclusive system that benefits you as the owner. This systems includes Initial Consulations, Property Recommendations, Developed Supplies List, Professional Photography, Marketing on Airbnb & VRBO, 24/7 Guest Management, Home Inspections, Custodial Services, Light Maintanence.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
We are constantly adjusting pricing to ensure you always get the most bookings at the best possible price. At the beginning of your listing, we complete an analysis of comparable properties in the area. Then, we grow from there by considering occupancy, seasonality, and fluctuations in demand.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE PRICING FOR MY HOME?
We use multiple platforms for marketing your listing including Airbnb and VRBO. Our consistent and professional communication and service often also results in a repeat or refferal network for each of our listings.
HOW WILL YOU PROMOTE MY RENTAL TO TRAVELERS CONSISTENTLY?
D&L home owners immediately find it easy to reach their rentals goals!
We disperse our professional team to immediately create an enticing listing for your guests, including professional photography and staging. Our in-house hosts then provide support by quickly responding to pending travelers. Our service teams next assist with efficient check in/out processes.
