The Fabled Bookstore is just around the corner, the Spice Market is up the street, and Eclectic Austin Ave is only two blocks away!
Wifi, free parking, and a well-stocked kitchen provide all the basics you need for a refreshing stay in Wacotown!
Decorated in the style that made Waco famous, this condo will allow you to feel refreshed while also filling up your creative soul. Color, texture, and unique decor all make this condo perfect for any vacation! Two large bedrooms and two baths provide plenty of lounging room. The kitchen, living area, and small balcony offer a convenient space for winding down at night with a downtown view.

It contains museums, art galleries, public art, performance venues, and restaurants and bars serving locally produced food, wine, beer—even award-winning whiskey. There are numerous stores selling locally designed and manufactured art, crafts, home furnishings, clothing, and jewelry. We even have a free trolley for your convenience.

1. A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access, and there are two elevators inside the building.
2. The coffee machine is a Keurig, and we do provide pods for your stay.
3. Families: we do have a Pack 'n Play available if requested, as well as a highchair.
4. The balcony is a small lookout balcony only, with no seating.
5. The living room TV is a smart TV with streaming apps, no cable.
6. The sofa folds out to sleep two guests.

Our stay at SILOCATION was fantastic! The location could not have been better and the condo was exactly as pictured. A couple of issues came up (wi-fi connection etc), but the host dealt with it immediately. Very friendly and easy to contact. The communication board provided us with restaurant recommendations, nearby attractions, weather reports and more. It was a great feature to have in the condo. Would highly recommend, especially if you are visiting Magnolia and the silos.

Great host! Check in and out was a breeze. The loft was comfortable,and the furnishings up to date, kitchen equipment stocked, and beds comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect for the conference we attended at the Hilton- just blocks away! The place was exactly like the pictures and very close to area attractions like the silos and the Dr Pepper museum. Host was friendly and responsive! Comfortable beds! We will stay here next time we are in town ❤️

Our stay at Donnie's condo was great - nice and clean, with comfortable living spaces and beds. Private bathroom's for both bedrooms and a very walkable neighborhood. The place is exactly as advertised, would definitely stay again!
