Our cozy new home offers 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable queen size beds. An additional twin size air mattress & pack and play are available upon request. Kitchen setting is open to the living room creating an easy space to cook, entertain & interact with family & friends. Free parking on the property offers ease & convenience.
This home is just minutes from historic downtown Waco offering local boutique shopping, a host of locally owned eateries, Magnolia Silos, Suspension Bridge, antique shopping, Cameron Park Zoo, Baylor University & so much more! The perfect place to feel at home while staying close to all the local attractions.

The tv's available in the living and master bedroom are smart tv's with streaming apps available.
We provide a Keurig Duo as well as creamer, sweeteners and pods.
No cable or satellite.
We have an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkey and a variety of Central Texas birds.
Guest are responsible for bringing their own firewood. We pile up fallen limbs but cannot guarantee enough for your trip.
Access to the river changes after heavy rains.

This small home was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean, the location was perfect and the privacy was the best part for us . It was in a calm area .
Great location - easily accessible to Baylor, downtown and McLane stadium. The house is very clean and check in was smooth. The hosts were easy to communicate with.
Donnie and Lisa were wonderful in helping us find the perfect place to stay for our visit to Waco!
The house was so clean, well supplied and nicely decorated . It definitely was a sweet home away from home!!
