On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the historic Behrens Warehouse, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage-appointed 3-bedroom/2-bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. It's a leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. It's less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up. There's free on-site street parking at the building.
The space:
Natural light brightens the entire family room and kitchen, as the large original warehouse window dominates the street view brick wall. Enjoy the beautiful view of Waco, including McLane Stadium, through this window as you relax in the spacious family room. Three bedrooms feature one king-sized bed and a separate bath with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms feature a queen and full-sized bed, with a jack and jill bathroom including double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The loft has a full-sized washer and dryer, a completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and tea kettle.
The family room features a 70-inch smart TV with cable. The loft is equipped with high-speed internet access and free WiFi throughout. Device charging stations are found bedside in every bedroom, luggage racks are available in every bedroom, and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom.

Bravo on such a beautiful condo! Checkin was beyond easier! The user guides and instructions were so easy! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more!

A wonderful and eclectic place to stay! Amazing details and personal touches. The location is great! We walked everywhere! Very clean and comfortable! Every detail from booking, communication throughout our stay, to the convenience of check in and out went without effort and exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to visit again.

A great condo, centrally located to all things Waco. The decor was so thought out and every item shared a small piece of Waco’s history. The special touches were great too from the muffins to the snickers! Although we were able to walk almost everywhere, parking was extremely convenient and allowed us to zip in and out when needed. The guide books provided left us with plenty of ideas too. Well worth it and would recommend it to couples and families!
