Walk to the Silos!
Our condo is located in the historic Behrens building, just a short walk from Magnolia Market, the Dr. Pepper Museum, the Waco Suspension Bridge, and only a mile from Baylor's campus. The building was constructed by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was designed as a fire-proof, concrete structure to provide ample working space for employees and ensure their safety. In the 1990s, it was converted into loft living spaces.
The condo is situated in downtown Waco, within walking distance of The Silo District, where you'll find some of the best restaurants and shopping that Waco has to offer. If you're interested in activities around Baylor University, such as visiting McLane Stadium, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, or the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. For those traveling with children, we highly recommend visiting the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo.
Our condo is equipped with everything you would have in your own home: a fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds, a cozy living space, and a great view of the Silos.

1.A ramp at the back of the building provides easy access, and there are two elevators inside the building.
2.The coffee machine is a Keurig, and we do provide pods for your stay.
3.Families - we have a Pack 'n Play available if requested!
4.The balcony is a small lookout balcony only, with no seating.
5.The living room TV is a smart TV with streaming apps, but no cable.

Great spot! Donnie was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos, it was very clean, and has a great coffee/bookstore downstairs!

We come to Waco every year and this was the best place we ever stayed in. Location is walkable to everything. We felt safe. The inside of the air bnb is beautiful.

Great place! Great communication. Very clean and decorated so nicely! We loved this place. This place has everything you need for a great stay! Very comfortable bed too. Coffee shop just steps away and restaurants very close by. Very walkable location. We will definitely be back next time we are in Waco.
