It boasts a screened-in porch, an upstairs game room for the kids (or big kids), a four-person spa installed in November 2020, and plenty of outdoor space. This place can and will accommodate all your needs.
The Space:
Upon arrival, you and your guests will enjoy deciding which bedroom suits you best. Will it be the master suite, tastefully decorated with popular buffalo check details, or the cozy front bedroom, complete with a sleigh bed and delicate touches? Or perhaps you'll prefer the popular Waco-room, adorned with accents from our town's rich past and vibrant present.
We are conveniently located on the edge of Waco, just a few minutes away from downtown Waco and shopping. Other places of interest near our home include Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers. Additionally, we are only 20 minutes away from BSR Cable Park.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and a large fenced yard.

If you are looking for a great house with tons of space and quiet country living at its finest. Don’t look any further. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be returning. The house is decorated beautifully and hosts were beyond accommodating and checked to make sure we were good during our stay or if we needed anything. recommend.

This property is a beautiful retreat after a full day of doing all things Waco. The space is super clean, modern and cozy. The bedrooms were all so nicely decorated each with its own theme and comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to make cooking meals a breeze. The location just outside the busy city with a open pasture across the street was so relaxing. The screened in sun room with ample seating and a tv was great for unwinding with a glass of wine talking about the days activities and planning the next one. Donnie was a superb host with excellent communication during our whole stay. The detailed welcome book was such a treat we all took a turn reading it. It was full of local tips and recommendations. If you get a chance to visit Waco i highly recommend staying here.

The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome book was packed with information on things to do in Waco. We all said we would stay here again.

A beautiful spot nestled in the country. Nice amenities, to include being very clean, with large bedrooms, a lovely stocked kitchen, and an open living area. Made this place hard to beat. The screened in patio was a great touch.

Nice and quiet for sure. Out in the country with little traffic. Big yard for our kids to run around. Hot tub is brand new and awesome after hours. Only 17 minutes to the Silos. We would stay, again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! You are close enough to Waco to make visiting the local attractions easy and quick, yet far enough out so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The hot tub, covered porch and rocking chairs were great!
