The Home
This charming home is thoughtfully designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo, and drip coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishware, and pantry essentials. A dining table with seating for six makes it easy to gather for meals or plan your day.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and an adjustable desk with a chair, offering a convenient workspace if needed. The primary bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom and a twin bedroom provide additional sleeping space, and the shared bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. Luggage racks are available in all bedrooms for added convenience.
Guests will find thoughtful touches throughout the home, including provided toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels, along with makeup removal towels for added comfort.

Bear Necessities is walking distance (about a mile) to McLane Stadium along the Brazos River and about the same distance to the new Foster Pavilion. The house is one block from Elm street and new eateries and shopping opening in 2023.
Uber and Lyft both offer rides in this area. Turo is also an option.
