The Condo
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 4 guests and is designed for comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable bed and a 42-inch Smart Roku TV, while the living room includes a pull-out sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming apps. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig Duo coffee machine with pods, creamer, and sweeteners provided. Families are welcome, and a pack ’n play is available. Please note that once inside the unit, a flight of stairs leads to the main living area, while the laundry room is located downstairs.
About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts are located in a historic downtown building originally completed in 1913 and later converted into loft residences. The building offers two elevators and a rear access ramp for easy entry. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear the nearby train or city activity. Long-term stays are welcome, and guests must be 21 or older to book.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The “4th and Franklin” trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
The living room has a 65in Smart TV with streaming apps.
The bedroom has a 42in Smart Roku TV with streaming apps.
Families – we do have a pack ‘n play.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
Once entering the condo, there is a flight of stairs that leads to the bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area. The laundry room is downstairs.
