Magnolia Silos, Magnolia Table, Baylor University, McLane Stadium, and the Extraco Center are just a few miles away.

THE SPACE:
Our fixer-upper, completely renovated in 2020, Hope’s House is a single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse with bright spacious rooms, new furnishings, an updated kitchen, and a large, private yard with lots of shade.
The house sleeps up to eight guests among the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), a Keurig coffee and tea bar, and plenty of room to prepare meals.
The master bedroom is extra-large, with plenty of space to spread out. It features a king-size bed, desk/work area, and a 45” smart TV with HULU streaming service. The attached master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a closet, and a large window overlooking the private backyard.
The hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The private backyard has a concrete patio, gas BBQ grill, picnic table, lots of shade, and outdoor chairs. Nearby under accent lights, you can relax around the wood-burning fire pit (firewood provided). Kids will enjoy playing on the back grass while looking for pecans from the mature pecan trees.
A new full-sized washer and gas dryer are available to guests. Laundry soap is provided.
The driveway offers off-street parking for three or more vehicles with easy access to the front and back doors.
There are no stairs inside the house, just two steps to the front door and one small step out the back door.

Hope’s House is an amazing place to stay! It’s so quaint and cute! Great location and neighborhood and the home had everything we needed! The space was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and shaded backyard! Tera and Jeff are incredible hosts and they consistently and promptly answered all of my questions. We will definitely come back, and we’ll recommend Hope’s House to our friends!

Highly recommend this house for your trip to Waco! It’s located on the same street as Castle Heights and is so close to everything! The house was clean, recently updated, adorable decor, the beds super comfortable, and the outdoor space was lovely at night! One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Perfect for a girls trip with the three bedrooms (and two twins in one of the rooms)!

Hope’s house exceeded our expectations! It is adorable, very clean, and in a convenient location. Four of us stayed for a girls weekend to visit all things magnolia and it had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was well stocked with your normal items like towels and dishes but they even provided extras like shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, coffee/creamer/sugars and basic condiments in the kitchen and a few hangers in each closet, which was much appreciated! The smart TVs offer Hulu/you tube/Netflix apps etc. The hosts checked in to make sure we didn’t have any issues and also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and other things to do! Would definitely stay again!!
Oh my goodness! This is by far the best AirbnB we have stayed in!!! This home is decorated absolutely perfect. There is so much room and everything you would need in a home. The towels are super fluffy and the home is very clean. The backyard is fabulous for morning coffee or to eat. Great location. I think we were 3 miles from everything we did. Definitely need a car.
The owners are super great at communicating and respond very quickly. Check in was extremely easy.
We ate at some of the most yummy restaurants, overall a memorable girls weekend.
Can't wait to go back again.
