RETREAT! RETREAT! Retreat from your busy life and reserve this AMAZING place! No matter if you are inside or outside, every square inch of this sanctuary is stunning. Wonderfully designed, this space takes the comfortable, relaxed farmhouse style and adds a modern freshness. This is a SWEET RETREAT!
The space:
This large 3,581 sq. ft. classic farmhouse on a secluded 8.85-acre lot has everything you need for family gatherings, small church groups, scrapbooking groups, or old friends hanging out. Each space is uniquely furnished with special touches to provide guests with comfort & a style reminiscent of the simple country life. This beautiful home offers two living areas, a fully stocked kitchen ready for a gourmet meal, and a walk-in shower in the master. We also offer starter coffee, creamer, sweeteners, and we supply shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in each bathroom.
Outdoor amenities include a huge kids' playground, a gigantic fire pit area, and a very long covered front porch with 4 wooden rockers. The backyard patio has a large teak table with 12 chairs. We also have 2 outside swings, a picnic table, a Weber charcoal grill, and gas grill. A free Flow Monterey hot tub for seven people will be installed on October 5th.
Our farm is conveniently located approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the following popular destinations: McLane Stadium, Baylor University, The Silos, Downtown Waco, Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo, Hawaiian Falls, Waco National Monument, and Slow Rise pizza on the Brazos River. We are just 6 minutes from both Homestead Heritage and I-35. We are 25 minutes from Waco Surf.
We have two surveillance cameras on the property. One is a Ring by the front door, and the other is on the front porch looking down the driveway.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few owner's locked-off closets.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE ON THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
THREE OF THE BUNK BEDS HAVE FULL-SIZE BEDS FOR THE BOTTOM BED.
GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN WOOD TO BURN IN THE OUTDOOR PIT. WE DO STACK FALLEN LIMBS, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE WOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE CHECK WITH MCLENNAN COUNTY TO VERIFY IF A BURN BAN IS IN PLACE BEFORE STARTING A FIRE.
GUESTS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK. VERIFICATION OF ID IS REQUIRED. EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR FIRST RESPONDERS, ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, AND NEWLYWEDS.

THERE ARE 5 BATHROOMS IN THE HOUSE: 2 FULL BATHROOMS AND 2 HALF BATHS ARE LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS WHERE THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS. 1 BATHROOM IS UPSTAIRS WHERE THERE ARE 4 BEDROOMS.

We hosted a women’s retreat and had the most wonderful time on this property. Kitchen was perfectly stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had the perfect amount of space for our group of nine.

We had a wonderful stay with our children and eight young grandchildren. Loved the location! So many things to do for the entire family. We brought wood and had several fires, walked to the nearby cows to hear them moo, definitely used the playground and hot tub. Loved that there was so much room close by that the kids could easily run around. The house was spotless and perfect with all of the bedrooms, two living areas downstairs, and two large dining areas. Ample dishes and silverware. Loved the added touch of a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations. The weather was perfect during our stay. This will definitely be a very memorable Christmas! Highly recommend for large families.
