You will love staying in this industrial yet cozy condo, filled with amenities. Inside, you'll find WIFI, cable TV, free parking, comfortable linens and furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside, you'll be steps away from the Magnolia Silos, with the Fabled Bookstore around the corner, the Spice Market up the street, and Eclectic Austin Ave. just two blocks over. Your stay will be nothing short of delightful as you relax and lounge in this captivating space!
THE SPACE
Don't worry about the lack of reviews. This condo was recently listed on Airbnb. Hi, I'm Donnie, and I manage several condos in this building. This is one of the finest homes we oversee, and I am certain you will not be disappointed. Please don't hesitate to book. You're going to love this space.
The condo itself features three stylishly decorated bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with personal amenities. There are also multiple areas where you can enjoy a meal together indoors or lounge on the comfortable furniture while watching a movie or an exciting sports event on the 72" Samsung Frame TV. Two of the beds have adjustable heads, and the window blinds are electronically controlled and very easy to use.
The condo is located in downtown Waco, within walking distance of the Silo District and some of the best restaurants and shopping that Waco has to offer. If you're interested in activities around Baylor University, such as McLane Stadium, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you're bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo. We're also only 15 minutes away from BSR Cable Park.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are three blocks away from Magnolia Market, one block from Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, and right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. Additionally, we're conveniently located just two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays and less than 1 mile from Baylor University. If you're looking for some outdoor fun, we're only 15 minutes away from BSR Cable Park and Homestead Heritage.
If you're bringing the kids along, we highly recommend visiting the Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo, and Waco Mammoth National Monument. All of these attractions are just a short commute from the condo!

Excellent! The location could not be better. You can walk to major attractions and restaurants. For location alone, this place is bar none. However, it doesn’t stop there. The condo is in a beautiful old industrial style building with a neat history. The condo itself is immaculately decorated. It is so comfortable, and I think they have absolutely thought of everything. The windows were stunning and you could see the sunrise from them! My husband broke his leg and it was completely accessible for him, with no issues. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone. We travel to Waco regularly and this has by far been one of our favorite places. Book it now!

This place is amazing!! This is my second time staying at one of Donnie’s lofts and both experiences were stellar. Everything is exactly as pictured/described. A few blocks from the Silos (we walked over with my babies and 7 year olds and they were able to walk no problem!). Easy free parking at the loft. And the most incredibly bookstore/coffee shop literally next door. The perfect spot!! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This Airbnb is everything you need and more! The check in process was very easy and the whole team was very responsive and always there if needed.
The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, the Waco farmers market, the silos, dr. Pepper museum, coffee shops and some bars! Very cute and clean with all the amenities you need. The host welcomed us with some cookies, snacks for the kids and crackers. The kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they were having, the bunk beds in the third room are perfect for kids!
The area and the building also feel extremely safe which was a plus. We walked everywhere we went. We plan to stay here again for a future visit to Waco!! We hope you guys enjoy this as much as we did!

Donnie and Lisa, our hosts, we’re amazing people. They were available at the drop of a hat for communicating with us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend staying in this condo and using their services to anyone who asks. I cannot say enough good things about them or the unit we stayed in.
