Vacation steps from the Magnolia Silos! Located on the second floor of one of the most well-appointed condo buildings in Waco, Texas! Stay in style while enjoying all that Waco has to offer. The fabled bookstore is just around the corner, the Spice Market is up the street, and Eclectic Austin Ave is two blocks over! Wifi, a reserved parking spot, and a well-stocked kitchen provide all the luxuries you need for a cozy stay in Wacotown!
The space:
This luxury downtown condo offers all the amenities for a cozy weekend away! Three large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms provide ample space for your group to spread out and relax. The large living, kitchen, and dining room also boast luxury furnishings that every host dreams of!
Thoughtful utility items such as a reserved parking space, a utility cart for bringing up your luggage, a pack and play, and luggage racks in each room all showcase the extensive attention to detail provided to make your stay as easy as possible.
Other luxuries include a Vitamix Blender, a Dyson Hair Dryer in the master bathroom, a Keurig Coffee Maker, a conventional coffee maker, luxury linens, games, and more!
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo with the exception of one locked supply closet.

1.A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access, and there are two elevators inside the building.
2.There is a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, and we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
3.The living and bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming apps.
4.Families - we do have a Pack 'n Play.
5.There is also a queen blow-up mattress, as well as extra pillows and blankets.

This is a lovely condo and so convenient to the Silos and other downtown attractions. The host was super easy to work with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful loft close to Silo AND Dr Pepper Museum. The apartment is well-equipped, beautiful and so comfy. Enjoyed our family reunion (and Little League Regionals) and, if we find ourselves in Waco again, would definitely stay here!
We had an amazing time at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space. All of the extra amenities were a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend it!
It was truley amazing !!!! The best accomadations we have stayed at ever !!! We felt better than being at Home !!!!! We could not believe the hospitality, stocked food , soaps , scents, and the best towels on earth, This is no doubt a true 10 to stay, We stayed 2 extra days just because it was that comfortable !!!!
