“We loved the decor, three of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, and it was the perfect place to explore Magnolia, downtown Waco and the sites. Loved the tall ceilings and the beds were very comfortable. We walked or drove a short distance to everything! Magnolia was an HGTV Disneyland, towns of eateries like the union hall, and lots to see. Don't miss the Dr. Pepper Museum and the Texas Rangers Museum, these were entertaining and historical. Very well done! This 1900's built home renovated with modern farmhouse detail. The Black & White House is 4 blocks from the Magnolia Silos and Magnolia Press, Baylor is less than a mile away, and Waco Surf is a short 10 minute drive. We have 3 King size beds, 1 Queen bed, and a Bunk Bed with Trundle. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax, laugh with family and friends, and be close to entertainment, restaurants, and bars. Great detail has been put into showcasing historical elements, adding modern style, and focusing on comfort. Seating area in most rooms, large dining room table with extra chairs, and comfy living room furniture to catchup or relax and watch TV. Private gated parking for up to 4 cars is available directly behind the house.

Boho Bungalow - 5th Floor Studio Condo!
This studio condo is the perfect Waco getaway! It features a full kitchen, a luxury shower with dual shower heads, and a 5th-level view of downtown Waco, the Suspension Bridge, and McLane Stadium. You can watch the sunrise over the horizon from the comfort of your bed and plan your day while browsing the many locally-owned shops downtown. You can also visit the Dr. Pepper Museum across the street or easily walk to the Magnolia Silos. It's an incredible location for all things Waco. Free parking is available just across the street.
THE SPACE
Boho Bungalow is located on the 5th floor of the Behrens Lofts in downtown Waco. Originally built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company, this fireproof concrete building survived the devastation of the 1953 Waco tornado and is now offered as luxury condos. It truly preserves all the industrial charm and characteristics of the past while flawlessly blending old factory details with modern amenities and design concepts.
The condo is situated in downtown Waco and is within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants and shopping Waco has to offer. If you're interested in activities around Baylor University, such as McLane Stadium, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, or the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, you can conveniently take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you're bringing children, we highly recommend visiting the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo.
Our condo has everything you would have at your own home. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds, and a cozy living space.

Excellent location for many things Waco ! One block from Ninfa’s and Spice Village, across from the front pepper museum, 3-4 books to magnolia market and 5 minute walk to several tasty restaurants. Condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We’ll definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! They thought of everything, and it made our stay so comfortable! It was SO close to the Silos, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and we loved having the laundry and full kitchen. The decor we adorable too!! Highly recommend and would totally stay there again!
Pro tip: Fabled coffeeshop and bookstore is in the building, and it’s amazing!

This was a great place to stay during our 10th wedding anniversary. Close to so many activities, restaurants, and so much more! Hosts were responsive and accommodating and I would highly recommend this space for any occasion!

Beautiful and spacious loft, spotless when we arrived…loved the decor and the coziness. It had everything you could need. Communication and instructions were awesome. Bonus was a reserved parking spot! We were in town for the Ironman race and the location was perfect, lots restaurants and bars close, and a super short walk to the silos and magnolia market. Loved our stay here, would 100% stay here again. Thank you!
