THE SPACE
Featuring exposed pipes, concrete floors, and beautiful vintage brick walls, this condo is located in the Behrens Lofts building, just across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum. With old factory vibes and modern amenities, it offers a unique stay that is sure to leave a positive impression.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are three blocks from Magnolia Market, one block from Spice Village, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. We are also two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays and less than 1 mile from Baylor University. Additionally, we are only 15 minutes away from BSR Cable Park and Homestead Heritage.
If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend visiting the Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo, and Waco Mammoth National Monument, all of which are just a short commute from this condo!

1. A RAMP AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING MAKES FOR EASY ACCESS AND THERE ARE TWO ELEVATORS INSIDE THE BUILDING.
2. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS A KEURIG, and WE DO PROVIDE PODS FOR YOUR STAY.
3. FAMILIES - WE DO HAVE A PACK 'n PLAY AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED! AS WELL AS A HIGHCHAIR.
4. THE LIVING ROOM TV IS A SMART TV WITH STREAMING APPS. NO CABLE.
