Located in the heart of downtown Waco and within walking distance of the Magnolia Silos, this loft is the perfect place for your Waco vacation getaway. Just minutes from the Baylor Campus, Cameron Park, Cameron Park Zoo, and Suspension Bridge, this vintage first-floor condo prioritizes convenience and style. With on-site free parking, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a sleeper sofa, plus easy access to a coffee shop right next door, this condo is sure not to disappoint.
THE SPACE
Featuring exposed pipes, concrete floors, and beautiful vintage brick walls, this condo is located in the Behrens Lofts building, just across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum. With old factory vibes and modern amenities, it offers a unique stay that is sure to leave a positive impression.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are three blocks from Magnolia Market, one block from Spice Village, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. We are also two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays and less than 1 mile from Baylor University. Additionally, we are only 15 minutes away from BSR Cable Park and Homestead Heritage.
If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend visiting the Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo, and Waco Mammoth National Monument, all of which are just a short commute from this condo!

1. A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access, and there are two elevators inside the building.
2. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS A KEURIG, and WE DO PROVIDE PODS FOR YOUR STAY.
3. FAMILIES - WE DO HAVE A PACK 'n PLAY AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED! as well as a highchair.
4. The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps. no cable.

This cute loft apartment was perfect for our mother daughter weekend. We came to visit the silos of course and the whole experience started with the industrial- modern farmhouse feel of this apartment. The check in and communication with the owners was great.
For future visitors let me say that having a designated parking space is huge in this area. Also the silos are literally a couple of easy walking blocks from the condo. Beds are super comfy, plenty of towels and more than adequate kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food- but with yummy options close by who would??
And added plus is the adorable book-cafe just downstairs. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I’m in town.
