Open the door to this incredibly spacious home and realize every inch has been carefully and professionally decorated - from the stunningly gorgeous art murals and richly polished solid ash wood fireplace mantel, to the brand-new designer luxe King bedroom suites (4 of them!), each space is more beautiful than the next! We love the open floor plan that starts with a wide-open living area and well-appointed kitchen. A beautiful electric fireplace and huge flat screen smart TV showcase football games or movie nights like no other. But don’t miss the massive wall mural of McLane stadium with authentic seats from the original Dallas Cowboys Stadium – just one of the many post worthy moments of this home. Kids of every age will no doubt find their way to the brand-new arcade tucked away upstairs loaded with games for all.

A travel crib is included in one of the bedrooms, there’s a stool under the sink in the bathroom for littles to wash their hands, and in addition to the essentials, the kitchen is stocked with kid’s utensils and plates/bowls/cups. We cooked meals while here and had plenty of kitchen tools handy, mixing bowls with lids to store leftovers. Great setup all around!”

The first-floor King, the Yellow Rose Room, is just off the main living area and decorated with high end touches in every corner. Upstairs you have three King suites that are identical in size, but the finishes differentiate each unique space. The Baylor Room is a beautifully crafted homage to our beloved Bears. With the wood-detailed walls, collection of Baylor hats, and even a bearskin rug makes this a fully immersive experience. The Magnolia Room lets you dive deep into an unforgettable stay among the shiplap walls and antique fireplace mantel. The Dr Pepper Room is arguably the most fun with all the genuine Dr Pepper memorabilia and neon signs matching the lockers and Twin XL Bunks with a hidden wall-sized Tic Tac Toe board just for the kids. Each incredible room houses it's own personal smart TV, bidding "farewell" to remote battles & "hello" to relaxation.
OUTDOORS:
The truth? You’ll be spending as much time as you can on the back patio - enjoying every moment before the game with a spacious place to grill and play cornhole, or just sitting by the firepit looking at the stars. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon tailgate – enjoy the escape with room to relax.

We had three couples that came to Waco for a Baylor football game. The separate bedrooms and full bathrooms, combined with a half bath downstairs, gave everyone the privacy they needed. The living room/kitchen was big enough with plenty of seating to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It would have handled another couple just fine. There was also tons of private parking space in the driveway, which is rare.

We had a girls' weekend at the Yellow Rose and absolutely loved it!! The setup is incredible - they even left fresh cookies on the kitchen counter for us. In addition to the amenities listed, each room also has its own white noise/sound machine, which was a nice touch (for those who like to sleep early, or kiddos). I was able to put the baby to sleep while the adults enjoyed the evening downstairs. Loved that there was decent space to hang clothes in the closet too (hangers included) and well lit rooms throughout the house.
