For those who like to dabble in design, the space is often used by photographers due to the fun design features throughout the house. There is also an interactive mural on the outside wall that was done by an Austin artist who has been featured on TV numerous times. The mural looks like you are blowing the dandelion and making a wish.
For those who like to cook, there is an expansive and well stocked kitchen which includes a wine fridge, an automatic water bottle filler, stove, fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher and a backsplash that is hand painted and cut which was specifically designed for the house.
For those who like to socialize and relax, there are amazing outdoor areas like a passthrough window which combines the outdoor space with the kitchen, an outdoor movie wall and projector to watch a flick under the stars, you can spend some time swinging in the swings to the music from the Backyard Bar and Grill, grilling a tasty meal on the grill shaped like a pig, roasting s’mores over the fire pit, eating a delicious meal at the spacious outdoor table that has an outdoor TV or sitting on the balcony staring at the beautiful Texas night sky with the Alico building and Silos in the background.
For those who like pure luxury, there are 2 stylish master bathroom suites with top of the line mattresses and comfy sheets. Each bedroom has a full modern bathroom attached with beautiful double vanities and exquisite tiled walk in showers! There is also a queen pull out coach in the living room for 2 extra guests.
If you are looking for a place to do some remote working, look no further! There is a built in desk area with speedy Wi-Fi and built in phone chargers throughout. There is also a washer/dryer combo to use during your stay.
