The property sits on approximately 12 acres with open fields and a creek-fed pond located a short walk from the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces and explore the surrounding land while respecting fences and neighboring property boundaries.
Please note that a few buildings on the property are not part of the guest rental and are not accessible to guests, including:
• the green shop attached to the back of the garage
• the converted garage
• the three-sided equipment shed located in the back corner of the yard
These areas are used for storage and property maintenance and may contain equipment or supplies that could pose safety risks. For safety reasons, guests should not enter these structures.
Parking is available directly at the house.
