About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Building was constructed in 1913 by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company as a fireproof concrete structure designed for safety and efficiency. In the 1990s, it was converted into loft-style residences that maintain historic character while offering modern comfort. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear typical city activity during their stay.
