You’ll be just two blocks from Magnolia Market, one block from Spice Village, and across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, with Fabled Bookshop and Café just downstairs. Baylor University is less than a mile away, and the McLane Stadium shuttle picks up two blocks from the building, making game days simple and convenient.
The Loft
This vintage-appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath industrial loft sleeps up to 4 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living area. The space blends historic character with thoughtful comfort, featuring a full-size railroad crossing replica on the wall, a decorative track detail, and a signature Dr Pepper feature wall that reflects Waco’s local heritage.
The family room includes a 65-inch smart TV, and the condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Bedside charging stations, luggage racks in the closet, and a hair dryer in the bathroom add convenience for every stay. Step out onto the private balcony through sliding glass doors and enjoy fresh air and downtown views.
What to Know
Free on-site street parking is available at the building. As expected in a walkable downtown location near the Silos, guests may occasionally hear the nearby train or normal city activity during their stay.

Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area. The “4th and
Franklin” trolley stop is super close. Just exit the building, turn left on 4th St. and walk 1 block to Franklin St.
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
For Coffee – we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener.

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
