The space
Originally built in 1895, this is a remodel full of love. There are 3 large bedrooms with 4 beds and 3 baths, along with a fully stocked kitchen. The owners have transformed this beauty with quality and the guests' needs and wants at the forefront of their vision. The interior is calm, clean, peaceful, and inviting - everything you want after a day spent touring our busy and lively city.
The bright and airy kitchen flows right into the dining space, occupied by a beautifully crafted wood table with ample seating. This space is also open to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating options, making entertaining and relaxing an absolute breeze. Enjoy the large 70" smart TV from the living room or the 40" Roku TV in the master bedroom - apps available with individual guest logins.
Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and large dressing closets with full-length mirrors. Very comfortable bedding is provided along with towels, soaps, shampoo, and other basic necessities.
Outside, you'll find a large backyard fully fenced with an automatic gate for parking. The newly constructed deck is home to several rocking chairs, side tables, and other outdoor seating options. So sit back and soak in the sun (but if it's too much, there's a sail for shade :) The Cozy Mint Cottage is the perfect place to relax and renew your weary soul.

The home was furnished beautifully! Loved the dressing rooms in each of the bedrooms. Coffee on the deck each morning was wonderful.

We stayed at the Cozy Mint Cottage for my mom's surprise birthday girls trip. It was so perfect. We had Adults and kiddos, plenty of seating, and space for all. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and every room had its own full bathroom. We loved the back porch and felt at peace with the cars enclosed in the backyard. The neighborhood is within walking distance (10 minutes) to Magnolia Silos, a ten-minute drive to HEB, and even less time to several restaurants. We felt at home! We had no issues with the home, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Waco for the weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. The 4 of us each had our own bed we had 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. The house was decorated with a blend of old and new and we loved the personal touches. We could have walked to the Magnolia silos but we decided to drive because it was so hot. Our host was responsive too. A great value!

This Waco home was better than pictured. The rooms were spacious with extremely comfortable beds! Backyard was perfect for kids to run around and adults to relax. Absolutely loved our stay!
