The loft comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed and a full bed, making it a great option for couples, friends, or small groups. Thoughtful touches throughout the space create a relaxed environment where you can unwind after a full day exploring Waco.
About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts date back to 1913, originally built for the Behrens Drug Company. The structure was designed as a fireproof concrete building and is one of the few in Waco that withstood the 1953 tornado. Today, it blends historic character with modern loft-style living. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear normal city activity.
Guest will have access to the entire condo except for one locked closet.
Waco Transit System makes stops frequently in this location. Uber & Lyft pick up in this area. Also Turo is an option for renting a vehicle.
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
The Coffee Machine is a Keurig Duo & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
The living and bedroom have Smart TV’s with streaming apps.
Families – we do have a pack ‘n play.
We have a Steamfast for clothes instead of iron.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
