Right in the heart of a serene country community, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is just 10 minutes from downtown Waco and Baylor University. Beautiful old-growth trees and a spacious front circle driveway welcome you to an entire acre of land. Having just undergone a high-quality craftsman remodel, the home features two primary suites and beautiful custom tile work in the walk-in showers. The kitchen boasts a simple yet modern feel with all-new appliances, custom cabinetry, and marble countertops. A spacious main-level living area gives you all the comforts of home with amazing views. Lots of new energy-efficient windows and a decorative fireplace. This spacious and extraordinary abode is a rare gem.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one locked closet.

This house was perfect for our small family reunion. The beds were very comfortable and we absolutely LOVED the huge backyard for a family game of baseball. The kitchen was well equipped and helped us save money by cooking at home instead of going out for meals. I recommend staying here if you have a large group and want to spend time in Waco.

Donnie’s place was perfect for our stay. Bedrooms were set up great and plenty of plates, cups, and cutlery for a big group. Very cute decor and big backyard.

Very nice older established neighborhood. Most of the homes here are located on large lots. We are just a minute away from I-35 making an easy access to Waco. Just a short drive to Waco but Uber and Lyft will pick up here. Turo is also an option if flying in to Waco.
