The Central Cottage is a renovated 1940’s home located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the popular attractions! Inside you’ll find comfy beds, a full kitchen, & a cozy living room to watch all your favorite Sling/Netflix shows. Enjoy a perfect day in the large fenced in yard equipped with a charcoal grill, fire pit, & cornhole. We are also pet-friendly so your fur babies are welcome to tag along with you!
1,341 sq ft minimalist but stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfect for both small and larger groups. If any extra sleeping space is needed, the two couches in the living room fold down to beds and an air mattress is provided. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials but please note, there is no ice maker.
The entire space if for you to enjoy! You will receive a door code 3 days prior to your arrival, keeping the check in/out process as easy as possible.

The home is located in the Brookview neighborhood. It is up and coming like most neighborhoods close to downtown so you will see a mixture of older and renovated homes throughout. Waco itself can look a little rough around the edges but it is continuously improving and getting more beautiful each day!
We are a licensed short-term rental with the city of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards (STR0000458-06-2020).
The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras to put you at ease while traveling. There are two outdoor security cameras. One monitoring the front of the house and one monitoring the back driveway area.
