We are located on the edge of Waco just a few minutes of downtown Waco and shopping. Other places of interest near our home are Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers. We are also only 20 minutes to Waco Surf.
You have access to the entire home and large yard except for locked storage closet.

Though only about 12 minutes drive from Downtown Waco, it is a more rural residential neighborhood. Therefore, your own transportation is recommended. Uber and Lyft also available in Waco.
1. The tv’s available are smart tv with streaming apps available. No cable.
2. We provide both a regular coffee machine, as well as a Keurig and pods.
3. Guest are responsible for bringing their own firewood for outdoor fire pit. We have a couple of folding chairs in a downstairs closet but you might want to bring your own to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
