Amazing one bedroom loft in a historic warehouse in the heart of downtown Waco. Within a couple of blocks of Magnolia Market and the Silos, the dining, retail and entertainment areas of downtown Waco, and next door to the Dr. Pepper Museum and the new Fabled Bookstore and Cafe. Baylor University is a 10-15 minute walk, and the shuttle pick-up to McLane Stadium for home football games is 2 blocks away. Dedicated and street parking, but you may not need to drive at all during your visit to Waco!
Authentic warehouse windows fill the entire space in natural light, making it a great place to relax or get ready for your visit to Magnolia, or game day at McLane Stadium. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a fold out sofa (perfect for kids or really short adults!), and there is also a queen-sized blow-up bed with an additional topper for use in the living room. The loft has a full size washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee and tea.
High speed internet access, turntable with “vintage” record collection, 50″ smart TV in living room, 32″ TV in the bedroom, both with HD antennas for local channel access and easy streaming on the living room TV.
We are committed to thoroughly clean and disinfect the loft between every guest and to provide paper towels and disinfectants for your use during your stay.
Guests have access to the entire condo.

There is a parking lot to the west of the building (next to Fabled Bookstore – address: 211 South 4th Street, Waco, TX) where you can park (with a sign that says, “Behrens Loft Residents”), or you can park anywhere on the street.
NOTE: Although the location can’t be beat, the great location is in downtown Waco, like all other rentals and hotels within walking distance of Magnolia and downtown, and occasionally comes with a little more noise at night than there would be in the suburbs, including an occasional train whistle in the middle of the night and music from neighboring establishments on the weekend. We have provided a sound machine in the bedroom and disposable earplugs for your use!
Downtown Waco has plenty of free street parking and Uber/Lyft is readily available. The loft is walking distance to shops and restaurants.
