Serene Home-Quiet Country Setting
Very nice rural home only a few minutes to downtown Waco & BSR Cable Park. Decorated in a homey and welcoming style, this property is spacious both inside and out. Enjoy a meal, movie or game in the more than adequate open concept family area or have a barbecue outside on the picnic table and large yard overlooking the grazing cattle and expansive farmland.
The space
Remodeling Heartfelt Haven started Jan of 2023 and was completed May of 2023. Paint, new windows, granite counter tops, floors and new appliances were added.
This space is full of little details that will remind you of simple living full of heart. Each of the three bedrooms provides a cozy and relaxing feel much like the exterior of the property that is also very pleasant and restful. Not interested in the noise of the city, this is the place for you.
We are only 10 minutes to Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Foster Pavilion Center, Cameron Park Zoo and downtown Waco. Battle Lake Golf Course is a fantastic Texas country golf course just about 12 minutes away.
Long term stays welcome.

This is a rural area!
Animals / Wildlife:
- There are gracious wildlife like deer, rabbits, dove, ducks, fish, etc. But with the good also come the skiddish and sometimes scary, coyotes, wild hogs, snakes, etc. We do not want you to fear, but be smart. This is a safety disclaimer, owners not responsible injury, loss, or damage.
Pond
- Stay on the walking path to the pond and we ask you do not go down to the ponds after sun down.
- You may fish in the ponds, but no swimming.
- Be respectful to the nature around you. Do not leave trash, fishing hooks, towels, etc. This would be the same as you trashing the house.
This is a safety disclaimer, owners not responsible injury, loss, or damage.
The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps. No cable.
For Coffee - we provide a regular coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide pods and some sweeteners.
For Families - we can provide a pack and play if requested.
Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of The Guest House. Guests will feel a sense of seclusion and peace as they visit this serene location.
Must be 21 or older to book.

Such a peaceful place to stay while being a convenient drive to all of the Waco attractions. We came from Austin to meet up with family from Dallas, and it was a fantastic midway point and a respite from city life. We had four kids in our party and they really enjoyed getting to throw balls and frisbees outside.
Donnie went above and beyond to answer questions and address issues. When we told him the water and ice machine on the freezer door weren't working, he sent someone out from his team to add more bottled water to our fridge!
Clean and comfortable lodging, with very peaceful and calm surroundings that made for an easy, relaxing weekend getaway.

Wonderful house for our family at Baylor graduation! The home was beautiful and clean, the countryside peaceful. When we needed to get in touch with Donnie, he was extremely friendly and helpful. We’re so glad we chose this house for our group instead of a hotel!
