GUESTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO A LOCKBOX THAT HAS A KEY FOB TO GET INSIDE THE BUILDING AND THE DOOR HAS A KEYPAD LOCK WITH A CODE THAT WILL BE PROVIDED TO GUESTS BEFORE CHECK IN.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access. Feel free to unload in the loading zone (5 min limit) at the back of the building before parking.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally, you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
Guests must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID is required. We will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military, and newlyweds.

The place was so clean and comfortable! The bed sheets were the softest bedding ever and I need to get my own! The host was responsive and very clear with instructions on coming and going. I recommend staying here for any visitors! Magnolia, dr. Pepper museum, and downtown are all walkable so the location is ideal.

This 1st floor unit is in a nice converted building with a great location within walking distance of downtown and the Silos. The unit also has a dedicated “off street” parking spot. The unit was clean, comfortable and generally just as described in listing. Communication with hosts was good.

I spent 74 days here over the summer and my stay was fantastic. The location is within walking distance of Barnetts which is a wonderful breakfast/lunch location as well as the Fabled Bookstore and Dichotomy Coffee.
I have spent time in serveral air b&bs for work in waco and this was by far the nicest. I highly recommend this olace to anyone who is looking for an upscale modern stay in waco texas.
The condo was perfect! It had everything you needed. The location was great as you could walk anywhere downtown to shops and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Baylor!!
