We are also pet-friendly so your fur babies are welcome to tag along with you!
1,428 sq ft stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfect for both small and larger groups. If any extra sleeping space is needed, the two couches in the living room fold down to beds and an air mattress is provided.
The entire space if for you to enjoy! You will receive a door code for the duration of your stay, keeping the check in/out process as easy as possible.

The home is located in the North Waco neighborhood. It is up and coming like most neighborhoods close to downtown so you will see a mixture of older and renovated homes throughout. Waco itself can look a little rough around the edges but it is continuously improving and getting more beautiful each day!
We are a licensed short-term rental with the city of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards (STR001323-12-2022).
The home is equipped with a full security system to put you at ease while traveling. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard, and front door. There is also a motion sensor in the living room that will only be activated if you choose to arm the home while away.
