THE SPACE
Decorated in a modern, yet cozy style, this condo has it all! Enjoy the wonderful view and feel a part of downtown while sleeping in a private bedroom at night. This condo includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bath, and a queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living area. Likewise, all the amenities are included - coffee bar, personal toiletry items, and more. This is a must-stay!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are three blocks to Magnolia Market, one block to Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, and right next to the Fabled Book Shop and Cafe, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Two blocks from the downtown Waco Farmer's Market on Saturdays and less than 1 mile to Baylor University. We are also only 15 minutes to BSR Cable Park & Homestead Heritage.
If you are bringing the kids, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum Complex, Cameron Park Zoo, and Waco Mammoth National Monument - all just a short commute from this condo!

1. The back of the building makes for easy access, and there are two elevators inside the building.
2. There is a Cuisinart coffee maker that holds pods and has a conventional maker. We do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.
3. We have a smart TV in the living room and bedroom with streaming apps and cable with local channels.
4. Families - we have a Pack 'n Play for your convenience.
5. there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa available.

The condo was great! Very clean and clutter free with all the amenities . It was close to everything and it felt very homey. The hosts was very welcoming and very responsive. We would definitely recommend the condo to our friends and family.

My wife and I decided to take a weekend trip to visit Waco and Magnolia. We compared a lot of places and this one kept coming back into our favorites. It’s in a perfect location, we walked to Magnolia Press for morning coffee, had amazing time walking around the local eateries, the Silos were a perfect walking distance, and of course it’s right next to the Fabled bookshops & Cafe. This place exceeded all expectations. We loved our view out the widows. The interior was clean, fun, and artistic! Thank you for hosting two tired parents ready for a peaceful weekend away. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay in downtown Waco - easy to walk to most things, everything within 5 min drive, great with dedicated parking etc. Best part was being on top of Fabled Bookstore, a fantastic collection of books, small gifts and great little cafe. We came here for morning coffees every day.
Will stay at Donnie’s place again when we’re back.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The location was great and we were able to walk to many of the attractions we wanted to see. I hope it will be available on our next trip to Waco. I highly recommend this location it was very clean and the decor was absolutely beautiful, we may take some of your decorating ideas back home with us.

What an incredible place to call home for our short visit to Waco! The renovated loft was beautifully appointed and we had all the comforts and conveniences of home. Our trip was to visit the Silos and it was in walking distance and just a short drive to Magnolia Table. Great communication from the hosts before, during and right after our stay. They thought of everything to make our stay comfy/cozy and convenient. We opted to park in the overflow parking lot across the street where there was more room and we could see our car right out the living room windows. Will definitely stay again!

This is the perfect location for a visit to Waco. Almost everything we wanted to do on our trip was nearly walking distance, plus it has a perfect 5th floor view of the Magnolia Silos and Baylors campus. It’s dead center of tourist destinations. Dr Pepper museum across the street, Magnolia a few blocks away, Waco tours nearby, lots of great places to eat nearby, this really couldn’t have been a better location for us. Very nice apparent with a big king bed. So much better than a hotel!
